4.1 Currency. All transactions on acejili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. acejili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 11.2 You may close your acejili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to your verified payment method.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of acejili shall first be submitted to acejili's customer support team for resolution. acejili will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through acejili's internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
